Join Our Full Stack Developer Team
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience building real, production web applications — not just tutorials or personal projects. You'll be comfortable moving between the frontend and backend of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js), PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, and Node.js), and genuinely enjoy the part of the job where a feature goes from "here's the idea" to "it's live and working."
You'll be working directly on client projects from early on — websites, web applications, and CRM systems across industries like healthcare, real estate, and eCommerce — alongside our design and backend teams, not sitting on a bench waiting to be trusted with something real. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based at our workplace in Kolkata. If you're someone who wants to actually own features rather than just tickets, and you're comfortable with the pace of a small, multi-disciplinary team, this is worth a proper look.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain web applications, dashboards, and CRM platforms using React, Node.js, MySQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB (or a similar stack, depending on the project)
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that hold up on real devices, not just a designer's monitor
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services connecting your frontend work to real data
- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries as applications grow
- Convert UI/UX designs and Figma files into working, responsive interfaces
- Write clean, documented code the next developer — possibly you, six months later — can actually follow
- Integrate third-party services such as Razorpay or Stripe, the WhatsApp Business API, and similar tools depending on the project
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues across the stack
- Collaborate directly with designers, project managers, QA, and other developers — not through three layers of handoff
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment, and help maintain existing applications post-launch
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks and component-based architecture
- Solid backend development experience with Node.js and Express.js
- Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and general database design principles
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or a similar version control workflow
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, sessions, JWT, and basic web security practices
- Comfortable debugging, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues independently
Depending on the project, you'll work across some or all of the following:
- Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, Nuxt.js, and others depending on the project
- Mobile (good to have): Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, PHP Laravel
- Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MS SQL, Oracle DB
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js
- Familiarity with TypeScript
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
- Basic knowledge of Docker and deployment practices
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library
- Experience integrating payment gateways or third-party APIs
- Basic understanding of SEO and web performance optimization
